澳国立(ANU)大学发来2017年Conditional eCOE流程，具体要求如下：
1、Conditional eCOE流程只针对于中国或者印度本地大学的6/7月本科毕业生(上半年毕业)。
2、学生的语言(雅思/托福)必须已经满足ANU大学主课入读要求，搭配语言课程的package offer不能申请Conditional eCOE。
3、学生需要在2017年7月10日之前补齐offer上的学术条件，即毕业材料补件。如不能按时补件，则无法正常入学。
4、拿到只带有毕业材料学术条件的offer的学生如需申请Conditional eCOE,需要补交完读证明(证明上必须有类似“该学生已完成所有规定的本科课程并会在2017年7月获得学士学位”等字样)、7学期成绩单、合格语言给ANU进行评估。学校收到材料后会送到系里逐一评估，再决定该学生能否走conditional eCOE流程。
5、Conditional eCOE流程评估通过后，大学会给学生发declaration form，学生填好该表格，连同学费底单、offer接收表一起发给大学，即可收到Conditional eCOE。
在这里我们再次说明一下ANU大学的申请/补件材料要求：
1、所有中英文材料要求彩色扫描，无需代理认证 或者 所有中英文材料黑白扫描，代理手签认证，不承认电子章认证。所有材料要求颜色统一，不能彩扫和黑白穿插来补件。
2、ANU大学不接收雅思/托福等语言成绩的网上截图。
3、ANU大学所有表格的签名必须为学生手签版本，学校不接受电子签名，不接受签名复制粘贴。
We do not accept forms with electronic signatures. All forms must be signed by hand to be genuine signatures.
Please note you are not able to sign a piece of paper and scan that into the form. The form needs to be printed out, signed by hand and then scanned back into the computer.
