Vicky
Speaking
Examiners use assessment criteria to award a band score for each of the four criteria:
◆Fluency and Coherence
◆Lexical Resource
◆Grammatical Range and Accuracy
◆Pronunciation
发音
The criteria are weighted equally and the Speaking band score is the average.
例如interest的正确读音为: 美['ɪntrəst] /英 ['ɪnt(ə)rɪst];
✘ I want to do volunteers. be a volunteer.
✘ I can shopping..... go shopping
✘ go shopping in the special days ....... on a special day
shopping、family、house......
语法结构不再是单一的简单句,而是使用了定语从句,如: those people who are very rich......
开始使用一些短语词组,如all the times, focus more on, depend on.....

Part 2
Describe a book you want to read again.
You should say :
wher did you find it?
What is it about?
Why do you want to read again?
You will have one to two minutes to talk about this topic.
You will have one minute to prepare what you are going to say.
You can make notes if you wish.
Examiner: Okay, your one minute preparation time is up. Please begin speaking.
Candidate: The book I'd love to read again must be a travel journal written by a British travel journalist.
I read the book several years ago in a café providing reading materials. While I was having my afternoon tea there, I happened to be flipping through this book. It's an exquisitely printed publication, with nice pictures as the cover.
It writes about the journey in Thailand in the tone of autobiography. There are chapters on various topics including places of interest, historical sites, ethnic cultures and the Thailand food, among which my favourite part was the food. In particular, there's a chapter on something called the Tom Yam Kung.
The author had the food at a restaurant located near his hotel. Every day the restaurant is packed with people, that's why the author was interested in having a try.
I remember it's written in the book that the food there was so surprisingly delicious that the author even thought it was unmatched for flavour. It tasted a little spicy, but suited his taste very well. The author wrote he had been to many countries in this world and tried many things, but he had never tasted any other delicious food like that. To be honest, while reading those lines, my mouth really began to water. I mean I literally wanted to travel to Thailand and try the food myself.
I've already made my mind that after this exam, I would travel there by myself following all the recommended routes from the journal. I'll also try the tempting Thailand food. That's also why I would definitely have to buy a copy of the travel journal and read it again.
❶ 考生充分地利用了一分钟的准备时间;
考生的回答运用到了很重要的一招 use your sense来扩展答案,人物题的时候你可以谈论how do you feel,物品题可以是what does it smell/taste;
I'm going to/I'd like to/I want to talk about...
例如:firstly,secondly,thirdly/ firstly,then,after that/subsequently, afterwards, finally......
Vicky
Don't
I feel very good, I feel so bad, I'm happy 这些简单表达会让考官感到很失望,要学会高级词汇的替换,如用definitely, absolutely, extraodinary, extremely代替of course或者very much,再强调一遍,多音节副词很加分!
