Dear Student,

Congratulations again on your recent offer to the University of Canberra. We are extending our Semester 1, 2025 offshore deadlines in response to a number of requests for acceptance deadline extensions.  

• Wed 11th December 2024 – Last date to accept your Semester 1 offer via the agent portal or by signing the acceptance declaration on the letter of offer and uploading it to your application.

• Friday 13th December – payment must be made with a copy of the payment receipt uploaded to your application.

• Friday 20th December – payment must be received by the University of Canberra by this date.

We do request your urgent attention in applying for the student visa as soon as you receive the CoE. This is the peak period for student visa processing, and it is advised that you allow at least 6 weeks for
student visa processing.

If any of these timelines are not met or if your student visa is not processed before our Semester 1 2025 commencement date, we will re-assess your application for the next available intake.
