Deakin University rises up in Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) 2016

It is with great delight that I write this email to advise of Deakin University’s meteoric rise in the ARWU Ranking (2016 ).（www.shanghairanking.com/ARWU2016.html）

In the past year, Deakin University has risen from the 300-401 band (2015) to now sit in the 201-300 band (2016) with an estimated ranking of 214 – a jump of 183 places.

This puts Deakin University as the most significant improver in Australia, and is now ranked 11th in Australia.
