We are now in the pre-arrival period before the September 2024 intake. We understand this can be an overwhelming time for applicants, with lots to arrange let alone moving to a new country.

To make the process as easy as possible, we conduct pre-arrival webinars to cover the important things they need to know. We encourage all applicants to attend once they reach CAS stage. The pre-arrival guide on our website is also full of useful information.

Pre-arrival Guidance Agent Training

To help you with queries from your applicants, we are also hosting a Pre-arrival Guidance Agent Training webinar, where we will cover common queries that will come up. Items covered include;

• Travel tips
• Registration guidance
• BRP collection
• Orientation
• Support signposting

The webinar will be hosted on zoom on Wednesday 7th August at 11:00am BST.
