If students are choosing to stay in Unite Stratford One - can all students make their accommodation booking by completing the online form http://www.lborolondon.ac.uk/uploads/uploads/unite_booking_form.pdf and email it to our Unite Stratford One representative Thomas Millard：Thomas.Millard@unite-students.com This is the only way for students to get the discounted accommodation but they should do this as soon as possible as the discounted offer (around ￡20 per week) will end soon.

Loughborough University Campus for PGT students

We want to ensure that all students have accommodation arranged before they arrive in the University. We therefore ask that all students for the Loughborough main campus book there accommodation asap.To do this students must take the following steps:

1.)Go to the accommodation registration page, enter their surname, D.O.B and student ID

2.)Read and accept our Terms and Conditions of Occupancy.

3.)Submit up to 3 preferences for accommodation.You will receive an email confirming the preference options you have seleced.The allocation system will take into account both your preference options and date of application.

4.)once your academic place at Loughborough has been accepted and //confirm/i/ied, subject to availability you will be sent an offer email with details on how to view and accept your accommodation offer online.This offer should be accepted within 8 days.

5.)Confirm your room by acknowledging our Terms & Conditions and accepting the contract online.You will be sent a confirmation email containing a copy of your accommodation contract.

6.)Complete your post-contractual requirements:

pay your room bond upon acceptance of your Licence

complete your online induction and book your arrival slot (available from August)

With Loughborough University being ranked a top 5 University and winning the Times HE Student Experience award we have been an extremely popular choice this year. Therefore we cannot guarantee University halls accommodation to any students who apply from today. However, if we can’t accommodate a student on campus then we will ensure to help students find some excellent private accommodation with our approved private accommodation providers and landlords. All of this accommodation is very close to campus and is often the preferred choice of PGT students anyway – being closer to the town centre.
