DearOverseas Representatives,

The University of Melbourne would like to extend our appreciation again to the work your team is currently doing to support our future students joining us in Melbourne for semester 2, 2024.

We are aware that visa applications for some of our commencing students are delayed and to facilitate their arrival to campus, the University of Melbourne will allow a general extension (*course exclusion apply) for our students to beenrolled and arrive by Sunday 4 August 2024, ready to commence classes on Monday 5 August 2024.

Whilst this extension is in place, special consideration will not be granted based on late arrival. Students in eligible courses will receive direct communication from the University regarding this.
