We have come across many applications in CRM Recruit where students selected “My agent is not listed here” and then proceeded to write your agency name manually.

Please kindly remind your students who apply directly to always tag your agency in their application on CRM Recruit.

If they cannot find your agency in the dropdown menu, please inform us as this should not be happening.

All agent accounts are listed in the system, and if they are not showing up, we need to be made aware of this so we can check in the back end and fix the errors causing the accounts not to show up.
