Accept the offer by completing the following steps in Studylink

Log inand view your applications with offers;

Use the ‘View Activity’ action to respond to the offer. Click on the ‘Respond to offer’ button;

To accept an offer on the student’s behalf, you will need to upload the Acceptance and Payment form signed by the student as per their passport signature;

Upload all documents required to meet the condition/s (if applicable);

You will then be taken to the Universitys Western unio Payment Gateway wher you can pay the Acceptance Fee on behalf of the student (Option 1), or you can send the Payment Gateway URL to the student so they can pay (Option 2);

once payment has been received your Admissions Officer will automatically be advised that an acceptance and payment has been submitted through Studylink and they will action the acceptance.
