2. 未完成TCAT(教育类专业)

3. 未完成Student Checklist

We do not provide COE’s to students in the following situations:

Student has not mete English for entry

Student has not completed TCAT

Student has not completed Student Checklist

Any other condition on a Letter of Offer is an enrolment condition and therefore a COE can be provided to a student.
