快捷课程也称大学证书课程，是澳大利亚高等教育体系中一种新兴的，适应国际化需要的教育形式。被澳大利亚40所大学及英联邦国家所有大学承认。并作为高等教育的重点项目在澳大利亚教育部注册。它由澳大利亚教育部发起，教学质量和教学计划的执行直接受澳大利亚高等教育评估委员会的监督。
